Sometimes it’s nice to make a little extra income to supplement your main job. Rent Out Your Parking Space 

Do you live in a major city, or a hot spot and have a driveway or parking space available outside your property? If you do, then you could be missing out on some extra income. Parking is expensive to commuters, so why not offer your space out to them at a set fee? There are many apps that already do this that you can sign up for and rent out your space when you are not using it. If on days you do need it, that is not a problem as you can log into the app and let people know your space isn’t available. This method works best if you are living in a place where people have to pay to park. It is only really city or hotspot locations where people can take advantage of this method. 

Survey Sites 

If you like to give your opinion, then this option is perfect for you. Survey companies are getting more popular as tech giants grow and want to know what people actually think of their new products. There are many survey sites out there that you can sign up and test out a new website or products for them. It’s not the greatest pay, but it’s fun to do, you can do it in the evening and it doesn’t involve a lot of dedication like your day job does. Why not sign up for a couple and see which one works best for you. Some require you to test on a certain device like your mobile, while others may require you to just answer questions. Before being able to test properly some may require you to do a practice test to make sure you are suitable for an account. You will need to fill out a profile and then they will send you surveys which they think are relevant to you. For example, if in your profile you say you like sports, you will be more likely to be matched with a sports brand in future surveys. Rent Out Your Car 

If you work from home or use public transport to get to work but own a car that you don’t use very much, you could be missing a trick. To make some extra money why not rent your car out to others whilst you are not using it? Many companies will pay you and cover your car for any damages that may occur if in the unfortunate event of an accident. If you live with a partner and they don’t use their car either, why not rent out their car as well to make double the income? The more desirable your car is, the more you can charge for people to use it. When someone wants to use your car you will have a notification ping to your phone, so you can check you are happy for them to use your vehicle. If you need it that week you can decline and only let people use it when it’s free. 

Overall, there are many different ways of making some extra cash, from selling your photos to mystery shopping or using survey sites.
