You can definitely find a cheaper cava but personally I find the extra cost is worth it. I personally prefer it to any prosecco I have ever tried – its dry taste makes it much more similar to champagne. It also comes in a beautiful, distinctive bottle which makes a lovely gift (if you can bear to part with it!)
