We have had such a lovely spell of weather this year and it’s exciting to think that we are still only in Spring and that the whole Summer is still to come. Here’s hoping for a long, hot one! In my opinion, there isn’t much that beats a BBQ in the sunshine – good food, cold beer and warm weather are a fabulous combination. When we lived in Australia we used to cook on the BBQ at least 5 evenings a week – ah, those were the days. We still definitely use our BBQ way more than the average person in the UK I bet – albeit with a golf umbrella protecting the chef from the rain on many an occassion! Anyway, I digress… I’m so excited to announce a new competition.
